Your neighborhood is being targeted, car break-ins and vandalism is peaking.  The Police have done the best they can to remedy the situation but the issues still exist.  Meanwhile, it's another claim on your insurance and another inconvenience.  As we know, Police have to prioritize their overworked staff accordingly and car break-ins generally do not sit at the top of their list.  What now?  One homeowner and victim had a plan.  He contacted his neighbors and they all chipped in to hire several investigators from our Indianapolis, Indiana office.  Splitting the cost amongst the neighbors made this a very affordable venture.  Given the specifics, our investigators let local law enforcement know they were staked out and were monitoring the block.  Now it was time to sit and wait.

Whether your spouse's affair matters in your divorce settlement varies from state to state. Judges in some states pay no attention to the conduct of the parties. In others, adultery can have a significant impact on property settlement and on spousal support. It rarely affects decisions about custody unless the adultery has had some direct impact on the children and it almost never affects the amount of child support.

It is important that you check with an attorney or a licensed private investigator about the impact in your state. Then you can decide with full knowledge how aggressively you want to gather information about the affair. Divorces on TV and in movies always feature lots of 8 X 10 photographs showing spouses locked in a passionate embrace with someone else, or worse. This rarely happens in real life. The evidence of infidelity that people tend to be able to gather nowadays is more circumstantial and inferential. Because judges are accustomed to this, it's okay that this is all you have.  Below you will find out to prove adultery.

You should always trust your intuition.  Always. Your intuition gives you clues to things that you just can’t put your finger on - yet. If you’re reading this, it’s probably because you have an intuition that you may have a cheating spouse.

But sometimes it’s hard to figure out just exactly what our intuition is telling us - especially in matters of the heart. That’s because intuition is partly an emotional response. Our other emotional responses can get tied up with our intuition - especially when our emotions run strong.  This can throw anybody for a little spin (or a big one).

After getting permission from our client with the promise of no names or locations revealed to protect her anonymity, I would like to share the results from a recent case. Our agency was contacted by a woman who was concerned that her husband was engaging in an extra-marital affair.  She told me that over the course of the past few months, she had noticed several noticeable changes in her spouse of 10 years. The changes she described were almost text book examples of what we call "signs of a cheater". In her case, she stated that her husband seemed less interested in her and was being very private about his "work related" phone calls. She also noted a change in his appearance and that he seemed to be more interested in his looks and what he was wearing out. Allthough the signs were there, it was my job to get her the answered that she deserved.
